What are the benefits of having my own personalized membership card?
Your membership card will give you access to 10% off at both the United Center Blackhawks Store and the Blackhawks Store located at 333 N. Michigan Ave. Additional offers will also be taking place throughout the season and will be announced on the Blackhawks Standbys website.
How long does my membership last?
Memberships last for one year: September 1st through August 31st.
Other than signing up online, how can I become a member?
Visit the Blackhawks Standbys booth at Section 118/119 at every Blackhawks home game.
I lost my membership card. How do I obtain a new one?
If you lose your membership card, please email standbys@chicagoblackhawks.com.
Once I register, how long until I get my membership package?
You will receive your membership package 3-4 weeks after registering with the Blackhawks Standbys.
Does my Blackhawks Standbys membership allow me to purchase tickets to games/playoff games?
No, you will not be able to purchase tickets playoff games through the Chicago Blackhawks. However, through the course of the year, we will have raffles exclusive to Blackhawks Standby members to win tickets and other prizes restricted only to Blackhawks Standbys Members.
How will I be notified about special offers/exclusive raffles and member events?
Our Blackhawks Standbys website will have all information pertaining to special offers and exclusive raffles. Signing in to the website using your email address and password will allow you to view all current and upcoming raffles and special offers. All members are also encouraged to join the Standbys group on Facebook! Visit http://on.fb.me/blackhawks-standbys to join. Meetings and other important announcements will be posted on this page and you can correspond with fellow members!
Can everyone view the Blackhawks Standbys website or is it for members only?
The Blackhawks Standbys website is accessible to the public, however, your email and password grant you private access to special offers, exclusive raffles and news for Standbys members only.
